Crossover Abilities (1998-1999). FORCEM.

The objective of this project was to change and improve the training methodologies of groups with special difficulties with the new demands of the job market. The subjects of the study were workers from the hotel and restaurant business sector with the lowest professional profiles.
The final result was the definition of crossover abilities and their incorporation as training methodology in similar sectors of the job market.
