HIDAEC: The building of abilities, guidance and training strategies for women with low qualifications. 

Grundtvig1 within the Socrates Program of the European Committee (2002-2004). 

The main objectives of this program were: To work with guidance methodologies and crossover learning abilities with those women of low qualification who wanted to improve their chances of professional insertion through acquiring and updating their abilities. To establish training models that highlight their skills and personal resources, (basic and crossover abilities), acquired in different formal and informal contents, and that strengthen their ability to transfer these resources to the work context.
